Refund policy
7-Day Window: If you need to return something, you must let us know within 7 days of receiving it.
Partner Approval: We work with external fulfillment partners to provide our products. Because of this, all returns and replacements depend on their specific timelines and approval.
Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Our partners will inspect the item before any refund is cleared.
Refunds: Once our partner confirms the return is okay, we process the refund. For prepaid orders, this usually takes 7–10 business days to show up in your account.
