Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination. Typical estimates after dispatch:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • Australia: 10–18 business days
  • UAE: 7–14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or local postal conditions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, UAE, and select other countries.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Visit our Order Tracking page for guidance.

My tracking hasn't updated — is that normal?

Yes. International shipments frequently show gaps in tracking when crossing borders or clearing customs. If there has been no update for 7 or more business days, email us at support@vryk.shop and we will investigate.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Possibly. Import duties and taxes are determined by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. We cannot predict or control these charges. Check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. All transactions are SSL encrypted. We do not store card details.

What currency are prices shown in?

All prices are displayed in USD.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We review each case and determine the appropriate resolution. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email support@vryk.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not dispose of the packaging before we have reviewed your case.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the amount.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order is likely already in processing. Email support@vryk.shop immediately if you need to make a change.

Are your products genuine?

We source from established international suppliers and list products we have vetted for the specific use case. Product descriptions are based on supplier specifications. If what arrives does not match what was described, contact us.
