Track Your Order

Every VRYK order ships with a tracking number. Here is how to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Step 1 — Order Confirmed

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. This confirms we have received your order and payment.

Step 2 — Processing (1–3 Business Days)

Your order is picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch by our fulfillment partners. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Step 3 — Dispatched & Tracking Active

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the tracking portal. Allow 24–48 hours after receiving this email for tracking to activate on the carrier's system.

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • Australia: 10–18 business days
  • UAE: 7–14 business days

These are estimates based on standard international shipping. Actual delivery may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal conditions, and public holidays in your country.

Tracking Not Updating?

International shipments sometimes show gaps in tracking — particularly when crossing borders or moving through customs. This is normal. If your tracking has not updated for 7 or more business days, contact us at support@vryk.shop and we will investigate with the carrier.

Did Not Receive a Tracking Email?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it has been more than 5 business days since your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, email us at support@vryk.shop with your order number.
