VRYK ships internationally from our fulfillment partners. We are upfront about delivery timelines because international shipping genuinely varies — customs clearance, local postal conditions, and public holidays all affect when your order arrives.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery by Destination

United States 7–14 business days USPS final mile. Generally the fastest market.
United Kingdom 8–16 business days Royal Mail or DPD final mile. Post-Brexit customs adds 1–3 days.
Canada 12–21 business days Canada Post. CBSA customs checks can add delays.

These are estimates based on typical transit times. They are not guarantees. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on customs clearance speed, local postal service conditions, and public holidays in your country.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE. No minimum order required.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking to activate on the carrier's system. Some tracking updates are delayed when parcels cross international borders — this is normal.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We cannot predict or control them. If you are unsure about your country's import regulations, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Delayed Orders

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, contact us at support@vryk.shop and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost Orders

If your order is confirmed lost in transit — defined as no tracking update for 30 or more calendar days — we will reship your order or issue a refund at our discretion. No return is required for confirmed lost shipments.

Wrong Address

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please verify your delivery address before completing your purchase.
