We stand behind every product we sell. This policy covers what happens when something goes wrong — and what we need from you to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, email us at support@vryk.shop within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or issue a store credit or refund. We determine the resolution based on the evidence provided. Items that show signs of customer damage, misuse, or normal wear are not eligible.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send the correct item at no cost to you.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows no movement for 21 or more business days after the last update, contact us at support@vryk.shop. If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order or issue a refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you simply no longer want the item. All sales are final for non-defective products. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

What We Do Not Cover

  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Items reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Issues caused by incorrect use or installation
  • Delays caused by customs, local postal services, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Minor cosmetic variations between product photos and the actual item (colour may vary slightly due to screen calibration)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the amount. We refund to your original payment method only.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items without original packaging where packaging is required for resale
